Dr. Belinda Burwell - Veterinarian

Dr. Belinda Burwell graduated from Duke University in 1980 with a B.S. in Zoology and went on to receive her veterinary degree from the Tufts-New England School of Veterinary Medicine in Boston, MA in 1985.

She worked for one year in New Hampshire in mixed practice, and for nine years in Ohio as an emergency veterinarian before moving to her grandparent's farm in Virginia.

Dr. Burwell joined Roseville Veterinary Clinic and Plaza Pet Clinic in 1996, then after a brief hiatus doing pet emergency work at The Hope Center in Vienna, she returned to Roseville Vet Clinic and Plaza Pet Clinic. She is a founding manager of the Valley Emergency Veterinary Clinic in Winchester and the Wildlife Vet Care in Millwood.

Outside of the vet clinic, her hobbies include boating, horseback riding, and observing and studying wildlife.
